So I hit week 8 on Saturday and my morning sickness is in full swing. I have not been feeling good. I have tried EVERY suggestion that people have mentioned. Here are a few of the things I have tried:
1. Saltine crackers - not working. The dryness of the cracker paired with the salt make me want to yack even more
2. Hard candies or mints - they seemed to help a little bit in the beginning, but now they just aren't strong enough
3. Morning / Motion Sickness bands - I paid $10 for these things. They work if the goal is to be so uncomfortable around your wrists that you forget about be nauseous
